Hello world!

If your application has been accepted, congratulations. We look forward to assisting you with your move into your new home.

Once an application has been accepted we send a copy of the General Tenancy Agreement and payment details for you to secure the property. Please note we can not secure the property until payment has been made so we request payment immediately.

We are obliged to continue to process additional applications until payment has been made and may approve an alternate applicant.
