Once an application has been accepted we send a copy of the General Tenancy Agreement and payment details for you to secure the property. Please note we can not secure the property until payment has been made so we request payment immediately.
We are obliged to continue to process additional applications until payment has been made and may approve an alternate applicant.
Before entering into a legally binding contract you are required to have a clear understanding of your rights and obligations as a tenant renting in Queensland.

Upon approval, a tenancy agreement will be forwarded to you via DocuSign and can be signed electronically. Please read through the agreement carefully, noting any special terms. If you have any questions please contact us.
If you are moving into the property within 10 days you will need to pay 6 x the weekly rent (first 2 weeks rent + bond).
If your lease starts in 11+ days you just need to pay your first 2 weeks rent and pay your bond prior to your lease start date.
