Funds Disbursement Frequency Options
- Weekly: Every Thursday
- Bi-Monthly: On the 15th day of each month and the first business day of the month
- Monthly: The first business day of each month
If the scheduled disbursement date falls on a non-business day (such as a weekend or holiday), the transfer will occur on the next business day to ensure timely processing of your funds.
Considerations When Deciding on a Disbursement Schedule
When selecting a disbursement schedule, it’s important to consider a few factors:
- Statement Delivery: A statement accompanies each disbursement. Please note that our software provider does not offer the option to generate statements for custom periods. While more frequent disbursements can aid in managing cash flow, some clients find that the additional statements can become burdensome to manage. Rest assured, a financial year summary statement is provided to assist with end-of-year accounting.
- Expense Management: Funds held in trust are designated to pay authorised expenses on your behalf. Opting for more frequent disbursements may necessitate the transfer of funds into our trust account or direct payment of expenses to ensure timely processing.
