  • SimpleRent payment users: Same day email & SMS for failed payment
  • SMS – Every third day whilst rent unpaid for 4 or more days
  • Phone call every third day whilst rent unpaid for 4 or more days
  • Phone call to confirm Notice To Remedy Breach (Form 11) instructions – Rent unpaid for 6 days
  • Phone call to confirm Notice To Leave (Form 12) instructions – Rent unpaid for 14 days
  • Notice To Remedy Breach (Form 11) issued – Rent unpaid for 7 days
  • Notice To Leave (Form 12) issued – Rent unpaid for 16 days
Owner
  • Phone call every third day whilst rent unpaid for 4 or more days
  • Phone call to confirm Notice To Remedy Breach (Form 11) instructions – Rent unpaid for 6 days
  • Phone call to confirm Notice To Remedy Breach (Form 11) issued – Rent unpaid for 7 days
